Blockbuster Date Night: Double-Feature
Took the typical stroll along the recent release wall at the local Blockbuster and picked up Hitch and Closer.
Hitch was exactly what we expected – a light, entertaining feel-good movie with a few laughs (we weren’t expecting high-drama).
With Closer, on the other hand, I was curious about all the critical acclaim / press it got a while back and expected something more. Total waste of time – it left us both depressed and relieved/thankful that our lives are reasonably normal.
