EVO + iPod = bliss
I took my weekly Sunday morning drive today…. and it felt more ‘complete’ – I was able to take my drive and listen to my music collection via the iPod (instead of the 3-4 CDs I burned with a few playlists).
On Friday night, I put in a new stereo head unit into the Evo – one with an aux input so that I can hook up the iPod. I got spoiled in the Element with the standard aux input on the dash. After months of trying to do something with the stock head unit – I finally bit the bullet and ordered the new stereo. The installation went without a hitch (thank you for the wonderful instructions, Crutchfield).
